An extra revenue line — not extra work

Add travel eSIMs on top of what you already do. It fits right into how phone stores and travel agencies already serve customers.

💵
Extra margin on sales you already make
Every phone you set up and every trip you book is a chance to add an eSIM — one more sale, with no new foot traffic.
📦
Zero inventory, free to join
Nothing to stock and no SIM cards. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, and no minimums.
👛
Prepaid wallet — pay as you go
Top up your wallet by card or Zelle, then sell from it. Each sale draws only the eSIM cost from your balance — you keep what your customer pays above it. Your balance is your money; it only spends on real sales, with no inventory to expire.
Instant & same-day
eSIMs are digital and activate instantly. Approved partners sell the same day, straight from the portal — no equipment.

Wholesale travel eSIM — without the wholesale minimums

Most travel eSIM wholesale programs are built for carriers and app developers. They ask you to commit to a bulk order or a monthly spend before you have a single customer, and to put a developer on an API integration. That is the right deal if you are launching your own eSIM brand. It is the wrong deal for a phone store that sells six eSIMs one week and thirty the next.

This program is built for the counter instead. You get reseller pricing on Airalo’s full 200+ country catalog through a prepaid wallet rather than a bulk purchase: money leaves your balance only when a real customer buys, so nothing is bought in advance and nothing can expire unsold. There is no minimum order, no monthly fee, and nothing to integrate — the portal runs in the browser you already have open at your register.

When a wholesale platform is the better choice

We would rather you find that out here than three emails in. Go with a wholesale supplier if:

  • You want to launch your own eSIM brand, with your own name on the plans and your own checkout.
  • You need an API to sell eSIMs inside your own app or booking flow — we don’t offer a public API today.
  • Your volume is large enough that a negotiated bulk rate beats keeping 40–60% with no commitment.

If you run a store or an agency and just want one more thing to sell to the customer already standing in front of you, this is built for you.

Common questions

Who is SinoConnection?+
SinoConnection is the successor to HYRATECH — 25+ years in computer and cellphone retail and online sales. We started in 2001 as HYRATECH (computer and phone repair) and grew alongside our customers into SinoConnection, our travel-eSIM company. We are an official Airalo partner, we run our own store in Elmhurst, Queens, and you can reach a real person by phone, email, or WeChat below.
Is this wholesale eSIM pricing?+
You get wholesale-style economics without a wholesale contract. A traditional travel eSIM wholesaler asks you to commit to a bulk order or a monthly spend before you have a single customer, and usually to integrate an API. We do neither. You fund a prepaid wallet in whatever amount suits you, and each sale draws only that eSIM’s cost from your balance — so your buying price sits well below retail, but you never buy data in advance and never hold stock that can expire. If what you need is a bulk data contract or an API to build your own eSIM brand on, a supply-side platform is a better fit than we are.
What does it cost to join, and is there a minimum order?+
Nothing to join and no minimum order — no sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no MOQ, no term commitment. To sell, you fund a prepaid wallet (top up by card or Zelle) in any amount you like; the eSIM cost is drawn from that balance each time you sell, and you keep whatever your customer paid above it. Selling one eSIM a month is a perfectly normal way to use the account.
How do I become a travel eSIM reseller?+
Four steps, and most partners are selling the day they are approved. First, submit the application form on this page — it takes about a minute and asks for your store name, location, and business type. Second, we review it; we are looking for a real business with a real address, not a volume forecast. Third, once you are approved you sign in and top up your prepaid wallet by card or Zelle. Fourth, you sell: search a destination, pick a plan, and email or print the eSIM QR code at your counter. There is nothing to install and no equipment to buy.
Do you offer white-label branding or an API?+
Partly, and we would rather be precise about it than oversell. Your customer’s receipt carries your store’s name, phone, and address rather than ours, and the “check your data” page your customer lands on is neutral and points back to your store — so the customer stays yours. What we do not offer today is a public API or a hosted storefront on your own domain, and SinoConnection remains the seller of record on every eSIM. If your plan depends on an API integration or a branded checkout of your own, say so in the application note and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How do I earn — and get paid?+
On every sale you keep a healthy margin — typically 40–60% of the plan’s retail price. There is no payout to wait for, because there is no payout: you collect from your customer at your counter, and only the eSIM cost is drawn from your prepaid wallet, so your margin is already in your till at the end of the sale. Your cost per eSIM is fixed and visible in the portal for all 200+ destinations; what you charge at your counter is your decision.
Will selling eSIMs compete with my current business?+
No — it’s additive. An eSIM is an easy add-on to a phone sale, a plan activation, or a booked trip, not a replacement for anything you sell. Your customer relationship stays with you: you sell at your counter under your own store, and the receipt carries your store’s name.
Can I sell eSIMs for China? Will my customer need a VPN?+
Yes, and China is the destination this program was built around. A traveler on a China eSIM roams onto the local networks through an international gateway, so Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Gmail work on arrival without a VPN — which is exactly the problem your customer is trying to solve when they walk in before a trip. It is also the single hardest destination for a traveler to sort out on their own, which is why it converts so well at a counter.
Who provides the eSIMs?+
The eSIMs are powered by Airalo, the world’s largest travel eSIM provider, covering 200+ countries and regions with instant activation. We’re an official Airalo partner — you get that network behind your counter, with our local support and portal on top. You are selling the same catalog a traveler would buy direct, at a price that leaves you a margin.
What happens if a customer’s eSIM doesn’t work?+
You contact us and we handle it — that is what the partner side of this is for. Most cases are an install step on the phone rather than a fault, and the portal can resend the QR code and the install instructions to the customer at any time. When a plan genuinely fails, we take it up with Airalo and review a refund case by case; you are not left arguing with a provider you have no account with. Support is by phone, email, or WeChat, in English, 中文, or Español.
Can I sell online, or only in my store?+
The sale happens wherever you are, as long as you are the one making it. The portal runs in any browser, so partners sell across the counter, over the phone, and over WeChat — you take payment your own way and send the customer their QR code by email. What we do not provide is a public storefront on your own domain that customers check out on by themselves; if that is what you need, tell us in the application note.
